Cray Cray Events UK takes pride in offering some of the best value entertainment.
With the Pandemic, drive-in movies are seeing a resurgence in the UK, and as an innovative and bold events company we thought we’d go a step further, adding in Covid safe drive-in activities.
Here are some of the most commonly asked questions for our Public events:
Q: Do I need to buy a ticket before the show?
A: We recommend purchasing your ticket online before arrival as events often sell out before the show date. If tickets are still available, this will be communicated via our social media channels and tickets will be made available to buy at the site entrance.
Q: What if I can no longer attend?
A: Tickets are non-refundable however, if Covid restrictions are enforced where drive in events are not permitted your ticket will be refunded. Tickets are subject to Eventbrite booking fees which are not refunded.
Q: What happens if I arrive late?
A: The Gates will open early so we can find the right spot for you to get in place and settled. We understand that even with the best intentions, sometimes you can be held up. We ask that late arrivals please be as quiet as possible and respectful to those already watching the film. Unfortunately refunds will not be issued if you are late and there are no spaces left.
Q: Do I get to choose my parking spot?
A: Parking spaces are allocated on a first come, first serve basis. You will not be able to move your car until the end of the event. Larger vehicles such as people-carriers and other taller vehicles will be placed towards the rear.
Q: Can I bring my own food and drink?
A: Outside food & drink are not permitted although we have a range of cold snacks such as popcorn & pre-wrapped sweeties, as well as a hot street food on site if you get peckish! Check out our menu here: [link to food page here]

Q: Are there toilets on site?
A: Yes, there are toilets available, however due to Covid restrictions we ask you only use these facilities when needed and adhere to all social distancing regulations.
Q: Can I bring my dog/pet?
A: Those with service animals are more than welcome to bring them to any of our events. If your animal isn’t a working service animal, they will not be permitted.
Q: How will I hear the movie?
A: Simply tune in your radio to the frequency provided to you on arrival. Sit back and choose a volume that suits you.
Q: What if it rains?
A: All our equipment can still be used in the rain. In very extreme circumstances if we have to call off the event due to weather, tickets will be refunded.
Q: Do I have to wear a mask?
A: Masks are not required while you are in your vehicle, but must be worn in public areas such as visiting the toilets or food stalls.
Q: What about the staff?
A: All staff will be wearing appropriate PPE and following Covid guidelines.
Q: Can my children go to the toilet alone?
A: For their own safety children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Please note we take your safety extremely seriously and if you fail to follow all guidelines as set out on our website, or posted at the venue, we will reserve the right to remove you and/or your party from the premises and/or ban you from future viewings. For everyone’s safety, please do not attend if you or any of your party are unwell and/or are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or have been exposed to the virus!
